We do not want you to keep any product that you are not satisfied with. We will accept returns of most equipment within thirty days. Please call us, before returning any product. Insuring the item for its purchased value is your responsibility when returning the item to us.

The purchase price of the item/items will be refunded upon return, however the shipping is not refundable.

SwitchCrafters products are warranted against manufacture defects and are built according the NMRA standards. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please call us if you are having any problems with your product.

SwitchCrafters offers shipping via UPS and USPS only at actual cost. There are no mark ups. USPS will be used for shipping outside of the Continental U.S..  For International shipments, if you are paying via credit card, your card will be charged for the merchandise and then charged for the shipping in two separate transactions.

SwitchCrafters will ship internationally, but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and customs charges.

Bulk rail requires a special shipping container that is ordered in the bulk rail section of the catalog. There are generally additional shipping charges for 74" long packages.

All packages are insured to their total value amount. Orders valued up to $100 will not be charged additional for shipping insurance.
